Customize your Sim’s body parts without having to enter CAS (All Ages)
On the fly, adjust sliders such as Height, Hand Size, Thigh Size, and so on.
Example: With monster-sized hands, you can make your Sim taller.
Save your Sim’s Slider Template and use Custom Slider Framework on several Sims!
Extensible: You can use this mod with your own sliders without having to change the Sim Modifiers in the package file.

Default Sliders for Non-Adults (Included with the main download)
Height, Hand Size, Thigh Size, and Thigh Rotation sliders are included.
Sliders with Vanilla Flavor (Included with the main download)
Sliders for The Sims 4 Vanilla are included. (If a slider shows on a Sim you don’t believe it should, remember that the sliders were added by Maxis, and all I did was add CSF support for them!)
Sliders for Breast Size (Included with the main download)
A Custom Breast Size slider is included, which is larger than the vanilla size.
Body Sliders for Adults (CSF Adult Body Sliders)
Sliders for Adult Body Parts are included.
INSTALLATION
We will consider to remove all mods from ColonolNutty since there’s any further harmful context in the future
Download and install The Sims 4 Community Library (link in the Requirements section)
Download this Custom Slider Framework mod (When downloading, it’s the one without a name)
Download sliders for this mod! (It does nothing by itself!)
Unpack the this mods archive and drop the files from it into your Mods folder (…\The Sims 4\Mods\)

Mod Settings (Mod Usage)
Sliders can be customized
SHIFT+CLICK on a Human Sim or a Pet Sim -> Mod Settings -> Sliders -> Customize
Find the Customize Sliders interaction and click it (It shows up as a top level interaction)
Customize Sliders will be found under the MSM interface if Mod Settings Menu is loaded (See the MSM description for more details).
Select a Slider
Enter a number to alter the slider to (the default is 0.0; enter this to reset the component). The initial value is the slider’s current position.
Observe your Sim’s transformation!
Templates for Sliders
Instead of customizing a slider, go to Slider Templates and follow the steps above.
Choose the Create a Template from (Sim) option to make a template, then give it a name.
To use a template, first choose one from the available templates by selecting Selected Template from the drop-down menu (If none are available, it means you need to create one, see above). After you’ve chosen your template, all you have to do now is click Apply. The template will be applied to the Sim on which the Customize Sliders dialog was activated.
