During my initial viewing, I gathered as many references as I could and reproduced Lucy’s Unity.45 from Edgerunners. ArsenicTouch for redmod testing and debugging, and RMK Soundsystem for assistance with tweakXL.
You can find it in game or spawn this variant of the Unity in CET with the command.
