The solution for her eyes problem under the AFT management
Her eyes will refer the following eye texture forcibly when you manage her with AFT whichever eye version you choose.
Skyrim/Data/surfaces/entertainers/character/eyes “eyevampire_01”
In this way, you need to rename eye record to eyevampire_01 and overwrite to it. Assuming you need to fix her eye tone under AFT administration.
* For example, in the case of Serana Appearance Mod v1.6
=> Rename to eyevampire_01 from eyeorphee.dds (blue eyes)
